The demo frame is empty
Chef Husky runs in PlayStar’s own demo frame, so most blank screens come from the browser rather than the slot. Reload the page first. If the frame is still empty, switch off any ad or content blocker for the demo, then try another browser. Safari, Chrome, Firefox and Edge all run the game when they are up to date.
The free demo opens in Normal and Bonus modes. If one mode loads and the other does not, the problem is almost always a dropped connection, and a reload clears it.
The game freezes mid-spin
Check the connection by opening any other page in the same browser. When that page loads normally, reload the slot. In demo mode nothing is lost, because play credits carry no value. In a real-money round, the casino keeps the round record, so reopening the game usually shows the finished result.
Note the title, the time and the message on screen before you reload, in case you need to write to support.
Account, deposit and withdrawal questions
